1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the "Request a demo" or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name and email address (required), and optionally your company, phone number, the type of organization you represent, and any message you write. You choose what to share.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time — to keep the Site secure, available, and working correctly. We also use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Umami, which we self-host on our own infrastructure) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — such as page views, the sites that refer visitors to us, and which features (like launching the interactive tool) are used. It sets no cookies, does not collect information that identifies you personally, and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or session-recording tools, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

2. How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your inquiry and provide the demo or information you asked for;
• follow up with you about Saha Lighting and related offerings;
• operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• protect the Site and our users, and comply with our legal obligations.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed for them to perform their service:

• Hosting — Railway, which hosts and serves this Site.
• Form delivery — Resend, our email delivery provider, which transmits your inquiry to our team by email.
• Email — we receive and store your inquiry in our company email inbox so that we can reply.
• Analytics — Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we self-host on our own infrastructure; your usage data stays with us and is not shared with any third-party analytics provider.

4. Trials, purchases, and the application

If you start a free trial or purchase a plan, you do so in the separate Saha Lighting Studio application. Account creation and payments are handled there; card payments are processed by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card details. Information you provide inside the application is governed by that product’s terms and privacy notice, not this one.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up about our product, and afterward as needed for our legitimate business records or to meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out — tell us to stop contacting you; we honor opt-out requests promptly.

8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we collect, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. EEA and UK visitors (GDPR)

You also have the rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. We process your information based on your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on your inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time and have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
